The Weekend Edition

I know you will all have been glued to the broadsheets this week with the budget being released and what not. This week's dingbat comes from slightly lower down, brow wise. The first one to guess the person AND tell me why they've been in the news is the winner. Last week's guesser won a money can't buy experience- sushi takeout, ordered by her, but hosted by me. I know. It's worth racking your brain just a little bit harder isn't it?
